Okay Baji Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between okay baji ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person who accesses or uses the okay baji website, mobile application, or any related service ("you", "the player", "the user").

Okay baji operates as an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. By accessing okay baji in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and okay baji.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using okay baji immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Okay baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform players of significant changes, but we cannot guarantee advance notice in all circumstances.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the full range of services on okay baji, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on okay baji. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one okay baji account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• Account ownership: Your okay baji account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Verification: Okay baji may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. This may include submitting a copy of your national ID, passport, or other documents. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Okay baji reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Okay baji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on okay baji is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your okay baji account within minutes. In rare cases, processing may take longer due to network issues outside our control.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Okay baji aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if your account requires additional verification.
• Withdrawal conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit on okay baji. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 4 for full bonus terms.
• Currency: All transactions on okay baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Okay baji is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Okay baji reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending verification of the player's identity or the legitimacy of the funds. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Bonus and Promotions Policy

Okay baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses on okay baji are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. This means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your okay baji account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Okay baji reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers may be excluded from future promotions.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.

Okay baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably possible.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on okay baji — including slots, live casino, number games, and sports betting — are subject to the following rules:

• Certified RNG: All casino games on okay baji use a certified random number generator. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's account. Okay baji is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control.
• Sports betting: All sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. Okay baji reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result has been manipulated or where there is evidence of irregular betting activity.

In the event of suspected account compromise, okay baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. This is done to protect your funds and is not a punitive measure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okay baji and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating more than one account on okay baji
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the okay baji platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okay baji staff or other players
• Accessing okay baji from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited

Okay baji monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, we will act swiftly and without prior warning. Any funds associated with prohibited activity will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

Okay baji is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control of your betting activity:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your okay baji account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Okay baji can notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time, helping you keep track of how long you spend on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, you can request self-exclusion from okay baji. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

9. Account Termination

Either you or okay baji may close your account at any time.

Closing your account: If you wish to close your okay baji account, contact our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by okay baji: Okay baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected
• A player has provided false registration information
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age
• A player has requested self-exclusion

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, okay baji reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okay baji shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions or actions
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or device issues on the player's side
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms

Okay baji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits okay baji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

Okay baji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of okay baji after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
